Exhibition Concept

In a Drop of Water explores water not just as a visual element, but as both an environmental and conceptual system of a delicate yet boundless world that reflects natural, social, and artistic ecosystems. This exhibition features works created over four years, transitioning between painting and sculpture, varying in scale and immersion, and balancing material density with fluid movement.

The curatorial approach treats each artwork as a self-contained “droplet,” a closed system that exists independently, but gains significance through its relationship with surrounding pieces and the gallery space. Collectively, the exhibition forms a constellation of micro-worlds that invites viewers to navigate between the microscopic and the cosmic, echoing the artist’s exploration of scale, perception, and material transformation.
